Anne M. Crotty started AMC Law Group in 2000. She has extensive experience in real estate law, including condominium formation and management, leasing, landlord and tenant disputes, lending and litigation. She also has experience in small business start-ups and not-for-profit operation and governance.

Anne recently completed the registration and development of a large condominium project on a brownfields site in central New Hampshire. She also attended the ribbon cutting for the Bethesda House, a 42 unit affordable housing project in Kennebunk, Maine built by The Housing Partnership, a not-for-profit, focusing on the development of affordable housing on the New Hampshire Seacoast and in Southern Maine. Anne has been an active member of THP since 2003.
